Chance of short to ground within neutral side of this appliance could be disasterous... Safety cutoff features should ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS be on the live input into a ciruit!!! *EDIT 6/4/11 - I recently parted another microwave of a completely different brand and configuration, and it had the same setup, with the safety features on the neutral. I suppose there must be some good reason for this, then. Someone should explain it to me, though!
