In this Video Dylan discusses the key habits that all aspiring real estate investors should focus on.

First consume as much information as possible. One of the fastest ways to learn about real estate investing is to listen to audiobooks. For half a year Dylan consumed two audiobooks a week. Some of the audiobooks that Dylan consumed were from authors/content producers like Tony Robbins, Tai Lopez, Tim Ferris.

Building a strong network is also vital to becoming a successful investor - Dylan attends the local real estate investing network in London Ontario, as well as the local bigger pockets meetup and is a cofounder of the London on Fire Meetup group which is a personal finance group.

Rich Dad poor dad was the first thing to teach Dylan that an asset is something that earns you money.
