This puzzle revolves around finding ways to throw POWs without destroying the red shell, which you need at the end to kill the spiny. The main mechanic is that if a POW next to a gap when a shell hits it, the shell falls into the gap and does not get destroyed. This mechanic is used in conjunction with a spring for this puzzle.
