United Nations, 20 March 2009 - Daily Briefing by the Office of the Spokesperson for the Secretary General. 21 March is the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.  In a message to mark this occasion, the Secretary-General urges all countries to work together in the struggle against racism  which exists in all countries.
