June 4 (Bloomberg) -- Christina Romer, who chairs the White House Council of Economic Advisers, talks with Bloomberg's Betty Liu about the May U.S. jobs report released today and the prospects of additional stimulus spending by the federal government.
Payrolls rose by 431,000 last month, including a 411,000 jump in government hiring of temporary workers for the 2010 census, according to Labor Department figures.
