This is acrylic paint on a plastic skull for Halloween.
I mix my paints with Floetrol (http://amzn.to/2BG5kka) and water and put silicone in some of the paint colours.
Most of my paints I use are Reeves fine artist acrylics like these on Amazon https://amzn.to/2GwJBRC .
