These mini cheddar meatloaves can be made with venison burger or beef burger and cooked up right away or flash frozen for later.   Today I made up a large family amount, cooked some for our smallish gang at home that night and then divided the rest up and froze them for later.  On busy summer days when all we want to do is swim it's nice to have food in the freezer just waiting to be cooked up.
