Rwanda’s Bank of Kigali PLC was Tuesday this week given a green light by Kenya’s Capital Markets Authority for the cross-listing of its shares on the Nairobi Securities Exchange. To help us understand what this decision means is Carine Umutoni, Managing Director of BK Capital.
