Lieutenant Colonel John Bagme Retires, Major Terikien Takes Over

This morning, soldiers at the Igam Barracks in Lae welcomed their new Staff Officer One for the Lae Area, Major Joe Terikian. Major Terikien took over from former SO1, Lieutenant Colonel John Bagme, who has served in the Defense for over 30 years, and is now retiring after 6 months of serving in that post. The Staff Officers for the Lae area, are in charge of administration duties, and for providing logistical support to other units in the Igam Barracks.
