JoDee Garretson 50, from Washington, tells DailyMail.com she feels 'numb' after police announced her cousin Kelsey Berreth, 29, who disappeared nearly a month ago, may no longer be alive. Berreth's fiancé Patrick Frazee (center) 32, was taken into custody on Friday and charged with first-degree murder and solicitation of murder. JoDee revealed Frazee, a cattle rancher, met Kelsey online two years ago and helped her move from her home state of Washington to Colorado months later. The two had daughter Kaylee, one, in October 2017. JoDee reveals the baby girl had been in Frazee's care and refused to let Kelsey's mother Cheryl see her after Kelsey went missing.
