This year the company showed off some new copper, bronze, and aluminum snare drums fitted with nickel-plated hardware and the company's ornate throw-off. Commanding the front of the booth was a beautiful drum set made of flame birch salvaged from the Great Lakes. We were surprised to learn that apparently there is still plenty of wood at the bottom of the lakes waiting to be reclaimed.
