Incident #1:
(DC # 17-17-047747 ; SDD # 17-6591)

On November 24, 2017 at approximately 6:15 PM, the SUSPECT was captured on surveillance video forcing entry into the new construction properties in the 1400 block of Clymer Street. After searching through the properties the suspect is seen exiting with two (2) microwave ovens on a hand truck.

Incident #2:
(DC # 17-17-047748 ; SDD # 17-6592)

On November 25, 2017 at approximately 2:15 PM, the same suspect returns. This time the suspect located and disabled the surveillance system. Taken were microwave ovens and a generator.

Incident #3 & 4:
(DC # 17-17-048554 ; SDD # 17-6691)
(DC # 17-17-048555 ; SDD # 17-6692)

On November 26, 2017 at approximately 12:15 PM, the same suspect returned, retrieved the hand truck from the rear alley and enters the properties this time taking a bag.

Incident #5:
(DC # 17-17-048530 ; SDD # 17-6687)

On November 30, 2017 at approximately 7:45 AM, the suspect returns. This time he enters a rear yard of a residence in the 700 block of South 15th. Street where he takes two (2) bicycles.

Each time the suspect approached North on the 700 block of South 15th Street and then East into the 1400 block of Clymer Street. The suspect then made his escape West on Clymer Street and then South on 15th. Street.
