The Coca Cola Ipatas Cup Southern leg was always played at the Kone Tigers oval in Port Moresby. A hard surface, bare earth responsible for bruises and hard knocks to players, but the Coca Cola Ipatas Cup committee these years has gone up a step in providing a better venue, this time the Southern leg will be played at the PNG Football Stadium at the Sir John Guise sports precinct.
