So this really odd glitch happened when I jumped in some hay and tried to kill an enemy. Arno froze in a standing up position and couldn't move so I fast traveled. The result was the camera changing to being something like you'd see in an episode of Cops. I think it's kinda cool, though it can make some things more difficult.
