Winter Storm Quinn is its own Low pressure system and with the second low system making its way up the east coast thats what causes out #Noreaster situation. (2 in 2 weeks)
   Depending on how close or how far form the coast that second Low is will determine the snow for the coastal areas of the northeast, The closer it is the more the Snow is pushed inland, the farther out in the Atlantic that second system moves the more it pulls Quinn in2 the situation.
