The Spain-UNEP Partnership for Protected Areas support to conservation activities in Takamanda National Park seeks to explore economic incentives to preserve Cross River gorilla habitat in Takamanda. As illustrated in this short film, this project will, among other benefits, help protect both highland and lowland corridors of the landscape, effectively manage unprotected forests and ecosystem services and secure local livelihoods.
