4965 'Rood Ashton Hall' ended it's reign on the mainline on the 22nd November, when it hauled the aptly named 'Rood Ashton Hall Farewell' tour from Tyseley to Chester and return. The Hall was captured heading through the Cheshire landscape at Hargrave with the outward working, and then seen powering away from Chester through Rowton with the return working. 4965's mainline certificate was extended untill this date, and has now bowed out of mainline running, sadly. How long untill it ventures onto the mainline again?
