(Part 1) Christina Fernandez-Valle has a Ph.D. in cellular and molecular biology. She teaches courses in neurobiology. Her research concentrates on Schwann cells, which provide insulation so nerves can transmit electrical signals. Stacey Tantleff Dunn has a Ph.D. in psychology. She teaches clinical psychology and psychotherapy. Her research studies how people's lives are affected by body self-image and physical appearance (2007)
