At least eight people were killed and 100 injured when a suicide bomber drove a Honda CRV rigged with explosives into St. Rita Church in the Nigerian town of Kaduna on Sunday morning. The vehicle had been denied entry at the church gates and was initially thought to be backing away, but then the car ran straight through the church outer wall and detonated the bomb. The explosion ripped a hole in the wall and roof. People in the church choir are thought to be among the dead and injured.
