SABC Inquiry calls for a curb in irregular, fruitless expenditure

A working document of the SABC Inquiry recommends that the public broadcaster recoup any recoverable proceeds of irregular and fruitless expenditure. Irregular spending amounts to five point one billion rand while fruitless expenditure stood at 92 point five million rand.
