Ontrac shipping throws package

So i keep having problems with ontrac shipping, specifically "the feet" as their vehicles are labeled.  Their drivers cannot seem to get it through their thick heads that they cannot treat packages like this.

Ontrac is the worst shipping company in the world.

Do not use them.... EVER.
