Covenant House Michigan is building a three-story building in Grand Rapids that will house 28 youth, ages 18 to 24, who will participate in a self-sufficiency program. Pam Spaeth, COO for Covenant House Michigan Grand Rapids, talks about the initiative. Youth arrive on Nov. 26.
