*** Please note pins 5-8 are numbered incorrectly because I am an idiot, just ignore the numbers an make sure the indent is facing up when you make the circuit. *** So I wanted to make a Christmas decoration for my tree and I came across a very old circuit design for a 555 IC, I modified it slightly and whacked it into a clear bauble and powered it via a 3.7v Lithium Polymer (lipo) battery. It lasted an amazing 5 days after a full charge. google.com/+DavidWatts twitter.com/mrdavidjwatts davidjwatts.com
