I was invited to speak at a fundraiser for the 'Relay for Life' done in honor of what would have been Shalaleh Korsand's 25th Birthday. She passed away last fall to a 5 year battle against sarcoma cancer. I share my journey of what it was like, to find out I had breast cancer at 24 years old... and admit how long it took for me to get checked! Because unfortunately... we tend to think we are invisible in our twenties... when clearly... we are not!
