Here’s why. The Shadow Armor, like the Gaea Armor in X5, lets you walk on spikes and stick to walls. Since most of the area is full of spikes, this is needed for the first stage. The second stage (split into two parts) you need the Blade Armor. Although you can use the Ultimate Armor since the Nova Strike invincible dash can help you get far, if you have Hyper Dash, Speedster and Jumper, they can be helpful. Gate on the other hand requires you to send his orbs right back at him. It can be hard but you will persevere. The final stage on the other hand… just go ultimate. It makes it all the more satisfying too. One half of X6 is done. The second half begins in Part 5 with Zero.
