The clubhouse at the Carillon at Cambridge Lakes in Pingree Grove, Illinois, gives residents of the active adult community space to host parties, meetings, games, and aerobic activities, says Cambridge Homes sales associate Kurt Pazdra. It also features an outdoor pool (with hours for visiting grandchildren), a fitness room with exercise equipment and televisions, and an indoor pool area.
