Chantico South is Lipe Property Company's new nine-unit condominium development in the 1600 block of South Carpenter Street in Pilsen. The new-construction companion to Lipe's early Chantico Lofts development at the corner of Carpenter and 16th streets features one-, two- and three-bedroom homes in six different floor plans, priced from the $190s to the $400s.
