Governor Pat McCrory is talking about business expansion in the mountains. This morning, the governor visited Altec Industries in Yancey County. He's touring manufacturing companies across the state.The governor listened to the managers' ideas for growing business and improving the economy. McCrory says tax cuts are key to adding jobs and providing workers more income.At Altec, he told employees they'll see a 2-percent drop in their North Carolina income tax because of the cuts.Gov.
