A circuit board from an ancient TV gets a chance to run one last time on 2kV. For an old board, it puts on a good show. The first two tries the MOT was on a 15A circuit, not enough power. So, I switched to a 60A circuit and that did the trick. There was enough power to overheat the MOT primary and give a smoke show from the windings. The MOT did survive, it still works, but has an ugly toasted primary. The circuit board was roasted and toasted. I hope you enjoyed this. Please Like, and Subscribe for more tech video mayhem.
