MEMPHIS, TN - (WMC-TV) - A Memphis police officer accused of sexual battery is scheduled to make a court appearance on Monday.

Police say Officer Meekos Evans did not write a woman a ticket during a traffic stop in February and that he took advantage of her sexually.

The victim says Evans made her expose herself and let him grope her.

Internal affairs has been investigating the woman's claims for months. Evans is still employed by MPD, but is not working patrols until an administrative hearing.

Evans is currently out on a $10,000 bond. He is expected to face a judge via video arraignment at 9 a.m. on Monday.
