LSRC GP40M-3s #1171 & 1177 return to Alpena with the northbound train. Because the MOW crews were on the track that directly leads to the switching yard, the train went north on the old Rodgers City branch, which was abandoned 1 1/2 miles north of the yard. It then backed, using the Wye, into the switching yard. Filmed in Alpena, MI on 7-27-11
