Phil is CEO of Barrett Values Centre which provides information on the application of the Barrett Seven Levels of Consciousness Model and the Cultural Transformation Tools for the cultural transformation of corporations, non-profits, NGO's, government institutions, schools, communities and nations. Barrett Values Centre provides details on the use of the model and tools for personal transformation and leadership development. The centre was created in June 1997 to support leaders in building values-driven organisations. Since then, Barrett Values Centre has created a series of Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) for mapping values, measuring cultural capital, and implementing cultural transformation. Phil explains how the organisation works and talks about how now, more than ever, it is vital that businesses at all levels start to realise that they need to incorporate consciousness into their thinking.
