Just finished the last Harry Potter book and movie as well. I liked the Dumbledore in the first two films a lot better than the second one. First one felt more compassionate and the other one felt like he wasn't believing what he was saying, didn't feel authentic, even though they were both acting.
It was great to read the book first and watch the movie afterwards. It makes a lot more sense now. I loved the details in the book. I don't know which book was the best. I really liked every single one of them in different ways.
I liked the adventure in the first one and the introduction to the wizarding world. I liked the mysterious vibe of the second one. I liked the vengeful family tone on the third one (time scenes were really cool). I liked the tournaments on the fourth one, so exciting. I liked the overall feeling based fifth one, relationship with Cho and Harry really interested me for some reason. I liked the mysterious vibe of the sixth one, where we find out more about Voldemort and his origin, great stuff honestly, wish he stayed like that. And I liked the travelling in the seventh one, and Snape's memories of course.
Some moments in movies were a lot better than in the book. The fifth one especially near the end and Snape's memories too. Other than that book triumphed over the movie.
