Well because of resent efforts to try this last year in Australia, The Entire World will do it again this year. All you have to do is turn off all you lights for 1 hour on March 29th, 2008 from 8:00 to 9:00 PM Local time. Last year it went great and the result, the equivalent of taking 48,000 cars off the road.
