He has designed and implemented over 120 training titles and OD interventions for organization scale-up, change, and transformation. He is a certified coach for Marshall Goldsmith’s renowned Stakeholder Centered Coaching Process and 360-degree assessment for coaching on Global Leaders of Future competencies. He is also a certified MBTI Practitioner, DISC assessor, and a trainer. He also has the International Saville Accreditation to run their psychometric tools. He contributes to Technology, Manufacturing, Automotive, Information Technology, FMCG, Logistics, Financial Sector, Telecom, Services, Pharmaceutical & Media Houses regularly.
