Testy and spicy mango pickle is very popular and mostly serve in Indian dishes.Learn how to make a Raw mango pickle step by step using various ingredients.
Ingredients are
30 Raw mangoes cut the pieces.
2,k.g, groundnut oil, peanut oil.
1,k.g, chilli powder.
1,k.g, salt.
2,tea glass, Turmeric powder.
2,tea, glass, mustard seeds powder.
1,tea, glass, fenugreek seeds powder.
1/2,k.g, garlic.
1/2,k.g, garlic crushed.
Wash Raw mangoes and wipe them properly with a cloth. Remove the seed and slices. Dry roast fenugreek seeds powder, mustard seeds powder,.
In a big bowl add red chilli powder, add salt, Turmeric powder, mustard seeds powder, fenugreek seeds powder, add crushed garlic,. Garlic, ground nut oil mix well. Add mango pieces. Fill the pickle in a jar and keep covered, now cover the mouth of the jar with a muslin cloth and keep it in sun for 3,4 days.
Stir and mix it once in a days for a 3 days.
After 1, weeks it's, ready to use and combination of hot rice and mango pickle with ghee and dal it's tasty and yummy your family members enjoy.
