http://www.cardtearing.com - Quartering a deck of cards is something I cover in my Card Tearing eBook. This feat requires hand and finger strength, as well as a degree of pain tolerance. However, another thing that is required is the ability to harness the hydraulic tension generated by the upper back and torso and transferring it into the hands, especially when ripping the halves into two pieces. If you can master this form of Radiant Tension, I am convinced you can then learn to generate and transfer this strength in other lifts, such as the Bench Press and other pushing and pulling movements. Check out the Card Tearing eBook at CardTearing.com and see how you can build the strength to rip decks of cards and improve your other lifts at the same time.
