In this part, we make our way to Rogue. There we ask around about where one of the ancient wingly cities could be located. We eventually learn of a "stick" that came out of the ocean recently. While we are here, we obtain the final Stardust and receive our reward. This item is used to fight an optional boss later. We try to find a way to the wingly city, but we come up with nothing. Suddenly, the sea begins to split and the path to the city is opened up for us. We enter the city, Aglis. There, we find some odd creatures. We eventually run into a wingly named Savan.
