I went to check it out, because I didn't do anything to that car specifically to set off that weird behavior, and it turns out, somehow, the car became not only indestructible, but also unstealable. And to top it off, I thought the NPC died from the crash, but that wasn't the case, either. I decided to do some WITTY COMMENTARY~! over the recording I managed to get of the whole scenario, and I figured some of you would get a kick out of this weird glitch that occurred? I dunno.
