Ingredients: Potatoes Oil Salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, marjoram Wooden skewers Pin a potato on a wooden skewer and cut it and cut the potatoes in one cut. As in my video. Now pull the potatoe spiral apart. Give a few spoons oil in a cup and sprinke salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme & marjorram to it and stir it a minute. Brush the potato now with this mix and place them on baking paper. Make a few more and put them in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air. They need about 45 minutes to be ready to serv.
