First of all open the Windows 10 Settings App and Click on Update and Security.
Look for ‘Advanced Options’ under the ‘Update Settings’ and click on it. A new Page will open and there you will see the Tab "Choose when updates are installed". Below this you will see three drop down options. First one is about branch readiness level. Just keep the default option, Current Branch selected. Second one is about feature Update, which includes new capabilities and improvements. Since we want to delay feature updates so we can select any particular time period after which we will get reminder regarding the same. Let me simply select 365 days, which is the maximum days that you can delay Feature update. 

Lastly the third drop down box is about quality update. For quality update you get maximum of 30 days to delay update. 

In this way you can Delay Feature Updates by up to 365 days in Windows 10.
