[FSX] Crazy take off and landing [HD]

In this [HD] video you can see a few take off and landing from different flight companies. This take offs and landings are made at Atatürk Airport (LTBA). Clouds are overcast and there is 36 knots wind from 270 degrees and the pilots are landing at runway 35R at Atatürk Airport. There is a lot of crosswind.

There is to much crosswind wich gives the pilot a difficult take offs and landings. Also a different pilots made a go around.

Tell me wich one is the best landing or take off and tell me why.
