A wonderful culinary festival set on the banks of the Avon river and within the center of the city, so everything is within walking distance. we had the opportunity to meet with celebrity chef Roger Mooking, Brazilian chef Mara Salles as well as Vikram Vij. The 2 day event is a great way to explore the food and drinks of the region and see some of the bets chefs in Canada (and globally) demo some of their favorite dishes. Special shout-out to Shakespeare pies for their tasty samples.
