After removing the skin from the chicken thighs, brown in the wok using a little oil, red pepper flakes, fresh lime juice, and fresh cilantro. The aroma! Served on brown rice with the juices of the pan, along side a fresh spinach salad with mozarella, tomato and Sesame Ginger Vinagrette from Wegmans.
