A mixed tier match with one of my favorite viewing commentators, Qwilliams23. He's also an excellent battler. He was the one who requested the mixed tier, requesting one Pokemon of each tier (Uber, OU, UU, RU, NU, and PU). We both decide to bring relatively lower-end Ubers. I decide to bring Ho-Oh versus his Deoxys-Defense. Who will win?
