March Valley is a peaceful land. It is where Easter products are made when Easter is in March. All the bunnies are happy, except for one; Slopper, the janitor, who would rather be the tyrant ruler of March Valley. He plans to take the authority by force, but is found out, and banished from March Valley. Years later, he plans revolt again, and this time, he is not alone. This film comes in three parts, and has a number of Rankin/Bass references in it.
