Chinese firm completed high profile acquisition. Fosun International Ltd has completed its $725 million purchase of the 60-story tower at One Chase Manhattan Plaza in Lower Manhattan, New York. One of the Rockefeller family's landmark buildings, One Chase Manhattan Plaza is a Class A historical skyscraper in the heart of Manhattan, neighboring with NYSE and AIG headquarter. It was previously the global headquarter of JP Morgan Chase & Co.
