A Ford F-250 running over an Hewlett Packard Notebook, after they denied their own warranty on a faulty motherboard. I sent my notebook back in the HP provided box per their instructions and they returned it with a message saying they refused to cover it. I sent an email to the board of directors at HP and they said that they would look into it. A few days later I received their answer. Basically it said: Sorry we will not cover this notebook that you purchased NEW in good faith with the belief that it would operate for longer than a year after purchase even though we knew about the issue with the motherboard and had a recall for the issue. It is the lack of customer service like this that will keep me from ever purchasing from HP again. Hope you take warning. Thanks for watching.
