Pumpkin spinach curry recipe, yellow pumpkin aur palak sabji, kaddu masala with shrimp #INGREDIENTS:

½ kg pumpkin with cube shape

200 gm spinach

½ cup chopped onion

1/4th cup baby shrimp

4-5 piece green chili

4-5 piece dry red chili

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

½ tsp red chili powder

½ tsp turmeric powder

1/4th cup oil

½ cup water

In a cooking pan heat oil. Add dry red chili and fry this.

Add chopped onion. Fry onion until light transparent colour.

Add baby shrimp, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt. Stir and sauté all for 2 minutes.

2 minutes later add water. Stir and simmer this.

Now add sliced pumpkin. Stir and mix all. Cover pan for 20 minutes in low-medium flame.

20 minutes later, open the lid. Stir all. Again cover for 15 minutes.
15 minutes later open the lid. Pumpkin is half cooked already. Then add sugar and mix.

Now add washed spinach.  Stir and mix all. Then cover pan for 5-7 minutes in medium flame.

5 minutes later, open the lid. Stir and mix all properly. Cook this without flame for 2-3 minute.

Add green chili and chopped coriander leaves. Mix all. Then put off the flame.
