'Annapolis Rising' benefit concert for Capital Gazette shooting victims underway

Saturday is the one month anniversary of the Capital Gazette shooting. Mayor Gavin Buckley put a benefit concert together to support the victims of the shooting that killed five Capital Gazette workers and the first responders that came to the rescue. The concert also will promote freedom of the press.
